I love the practical and the applicable suggestions (Cheri has) like the tips, tricks, apps, and product suggestions. I will remember most from the workshop the idea that my thoughts become real and that I need to stop thinking “I’m a procrastinator” and just start something! (The idea) that motivation comes after action, not before, makes sense!
Cheri is funny, smart and kind. This workshop dynamic, interesting and helpful – it wasn’t intimidating or overwhelming at all! Go for it! You’ll get a lot out of it. I want Cheri to teach me everything!
