Cheri is funny, smart and kind. This workshop dynamic, interesting and helpful – it wasn’t intimidating or overwhelming at all! Go for it! You’ll get a lot out of it. I want Cheri to teach me everything!
The tips for de-stressing were most helpful to me. I will remember to stay focused on just doing better little by little and that you don’t have to be perfect. There is perfection in being and doing better. I really really be trying to do things little by little than going all in on a big change.
Cheri’s workshop was great! Most helpful was (learning to) surround myself with things that I love. I will actually try “The Love List,”“I Feel Most Loved When…List” at home and the “Disarming” skill when confronted in an argument.
I enjoy Cheri’s honesty and her sharing of her own experiences. The realistic tips, like how to use your calendar, “The Love List” and “Brain Dumping” will be the most helpful for me. I will remember to strive to be better, and not for perfection.
(The most helpful) realization for me is that I don’t have to be perfect…I like the idea of just working on being better than I used to be. (How to make a) realistic plan resonates with me. I will look for new ways to use planning to reach my goals.
Loved it! (Cheri’s Mommy Workshop) I really enjoyed talking through all of the personal experiences. I will remember most to be kinder to myself and not to schedule everything at once.
I was the typical “road warrior:” over-traveled, over-stressed, overweight struggling in my relationships and not happy with “me.” I made a decision that change was “needed” and sought out a counselor. I found Cheri and have been blessed every day since. My life has fundamentally changed, and I now know who I want to be and have the tools…
I think the (Stress-Free Mommy) Workshop went really well for me. What I will most remember is the “The Love List.” I am going to incorporate that into my life. I know other mommies could really benefit from this workshop, too.
That workshop was cool! Loved Cheri’s enthusiasm and energy! Great guest speaker, too! I will be working on being mindful, listening to my body and being in the here and now.
